2008–2012
BECOMING A STUDENT AGAIN
The teacher became a student again, learning alongside a respected TCM master through years of observation, questions and careful practice.
2012–2017
FINDING HIS LANGUAGE
Frank began teaching Chinese medicine to international students in English — translating not only words, but a different way of seeing health.
2018
TRUST FROM THOUSANDS OF MILES AWAY
Patients travelled from Switzerland to Anhui, China, seeking Frank’s perspective on sleep, pain, energy, ageing and emotion.
2019–2021
LOOKING WEST
From Hamburg and Cambridge to Switzerland and Athens, Frank searched for a shared language between medical traditions and the human body.
2022
RETURNING TO THE SOURCE
Frank returned to Huangshan, Jiuhuashan and the Dabie Mountains — reconnecting with nature, seasons, food, movement and breath.
2023–2025
A CLASSROOM WITHOUT WALLS
Through social video and education, Frank began sharing tongue reading, acupoints, movement and Chinese wellness beyond the classroom.
